APS YouTube Recordings: Coping, Resilience, Wellbeing and Moving Forward.
Across April and May 2020 (prior to our company name change - hence the name 'Adams Psychology Services' rather than the new 'Aspen Psychology Services' on the recordings), Mark ran a series of four free weekly webinars to support people in responding to some of the psychological challenges (and also opportunities) of the Coronavirus circumstances. These bite-size, practical, psychology-informed and accessible webinars explored the following themes: 1. Coping with Corona; 2. Maintaining Wellbeing; 3. Resilience; 4. Moving Forward. The recordings are now all available to watch on the APS YouTube Channel, or you can watch them on the Coronavirus page of this website.
