Belinda has 13 years' experience as an EP, having previously worked as a primary school teacher. Her Master's degree research focused on how to promote looked-after children's resilience in the transition from primary to secondary school. Belinda has acquired a range of experience in nursery, primary, secondary and special schools, carrying out assessment of children's learning needs and developing appropriate psychological/educational interventions accordingly. She has contributed to in-service training for teachers and other staff in schools, and brings valuable experience to the team from a number of specific roles (Children Looked After Support Team, Secondary Level Pupil Referral Unit Support Team, Behaviour Support Unit, Specialist Language Unit).
