All APS Psychologists:

Are Registered Practitioner Psychologists with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Practice with regard to the British Psychological Society's Code of Conduct & Ethics.
Have current and valid DBS checks.
Maintain their own Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Have accessed relevant safeguarding training within the last three years.
Are values-driven practitioners.
Are capable of working effectively both individually and as part of a team.
Have growth mindsets, and continually seek to learn from and improve their practice.
Are: reflective; conscientious; hard-working; open to learning and feedback; and are open to collaborative discussion and negotiation.
Are practitioners who: have high standards of interpersonal communication; demonstrate care for a range of clients; and are creative in developing approaches to service delivery.
